The Golden Eagle Group continues to implement a strategy of complete vertical integration of its farming operations. In working towards this goal, the Apiaries of Golden Eagle were established in the year 2000 to ensure effective pollination of the berry crops on the farm, located in Pitt Meadows, BC. To date, honey bee colonies managed by Golden Eagle Apiaries number approximately 2000; further expansion is required to keep pace with increasing pollination demands of the blueberry and cranberry fields.
